I should be receiving my 4th AT&T passport today. I keep having bad luck on them. The first one was perfect until randomly, one of the metal pieces that makes up the back logo began coming up. So I took it back to at&t and exchanged it. Then the second one had problems with the headset speaker when using the phone or anything through the top speaker (that you put up to your ear). I talk on my phone quite a bit and you could hear a rattle or something as if the speaker was blown or loose. So then I returned that one, and I'm on my third one. It has the same problem...Not as noticeable, but still there, and annoying when trying to talk. So today I should be getting in round 4! I refuse to give up until I get one without problems...I have faith in blackberry.
Otherwise, no problems. I love my at&t passport.
Side note, I have not dropped a single one, I always keep it in the seidio hard case with a seidio screen protector that I have never used any type of liquid to put it on each time. Majority of the time the phone stays in my breast pocket of my suit or my pants pocket. I have been babying each one. (Each phone that I have exchanged was for another brand new in box phone from at&t btw)

Update: got my 4th one in. It was a refurb. And speaker is finally normal and not sounding funny. So far so good. Fingers crossed!
