    I changed carriers still got the same message

    Network locked or Sim card blocked

    I reset the phone a week ago that didn't change it

    I called BlackBerry today they verified my phone was unlocked I don't know what to do at this point

    They told me to change my Apn but it didn't help it's on t mobile now

    I can remove the Sim and insert it back but it only works for about 20 minutes

    It seems your IMEI is blacklisted. Perhaps it was declared stolen. You can check it with your provider.

    I did read that there are carries that if a client does not pay their phone bill and sells the phone to someone, the carrier will block that phone from being activated. They have even put it on the blacklist. You may need to find out which carrier the phone originally belonged to and see if they are somehow blocking it and if so how much is owed on the original account.

    I rebooted my phone turned off location services and so far it's working but time isn't correct and I can't connect / sign in to the Crackberry app or my Gmail because it saying security block and certificate issues

    If u bought this device from a Dr like u say it may be some sort of enteprise thing. I guess they used all Blackberrys in a secure server and maybe when they switch the phones something may have gone wrong. Thats all I can say anyway it is only my guess. Not sure about it.
