Anyone take a media card from a Q10 and put it in a passport? How do picures taken on the Q10 display? Do they fill the screen, or are there black areas due to few pixles? What about video? Basically, I'm wondering if things automatically re-size to fit - or maybe there's an option.

Completely depends on the ratio the the pictures were taken in. If it its 1:1 then they will look exactly the same. As for video pretty sure can only be taken in 16:9 with the native camera.

Even 1:1 ratio, the pictures look pixelated. Screenshot of my Passport looking at a photo taken with a Q10 and put onto an SD.

Mine look even nicer on the Passport. But yes a screen shot will be taken in the native resolution 720x720 vs the Passports 1400x1400.
