When I take pictures, they don't show up in picture album. They get saved on the SD card but it thinks they are files. I can find them with the file manager.

Anybody have this happen or know how to fix it?

Did you format the SD card with the BlackBerry after you inserted it? If not, I suggest you save your files somewhere, then format the SD card with the BlackBerry Passport, then move the pictures/files back.

Or you can try rebooting the phone.

I've rebooted it a few times. I took it from my z10 and put it in this one. I guess I can try reformating the card.
