When I attempt to attach a photo to a message the time stamps of the photos are 4 hours prior to my time zone

When I look at the photo properties the time stamp in the picture app is correct

Any ideas?

Same problem here, except it's about for hours ahead. When I use Waze nav app the time is four hours ahead also.

I've considered that maybe that it pulling GMT and not the local time zone.
