As the title, I am having with the phone calls and don't know why, does anyone know how to fix?

I know it may seem like a silly question, but what have you tried so far? Have you rebooted and problem persists? Fixes it temporarily?

Go to settings
Security and privacy
Parental controls
And make sure they are turned off

Basically you have a setting that is turned on blocking your calls. And they refer to the administration being who ever turned the specific setting on in the first place.

Reboot, factory ret already and that didn't help

I inserted the same sim to other phone and it works, only with my phone it doesn't work
