    RBC Royal Bank plans to discontinue it's Mobile Wallet NFC Payment on BlackBerry 10, and support Android devices only.

    Sign and share the following petition and let them know you'll switch to another financial institution that continues to support BlackBerry ( the most secure mobile device on the market ) !

    Signed, this is really sad news but not unexpected, they never updated the app to properly support the passport...

    RBC is really behind technology wise, I moved all my accounts from TD because my mortgage was with RBC and wanted to have all together, now I miss TD so much! The RBC website is horrible and so not intuitive to manage your accounts, so many basic features missing. Now they are dropping BlackBerry support for the mobile wallet? What a shame...

    What's the point? If you want to have any hope of rattling them at all, you'll need a Twitter campaign or something. BlackBerry World and BlackBerry 10 are dying. RBC Mobile is just another casualty. I do wish that BlackBerry would improve the runtime for Android to a point where I can use Android NFC in conjunction with RBC Mobile wallet.

    TL;DR The petition is pointless as the BlackBerry ecosystem is deader than dead.

    Royal Bank is terrible and this comes from me who is a deeply rooted customer of theirs.

    I mean cmon, get your BlackBerry App updated so we can make use of the photo check deposit. Never mind this tap to pay... get the photo deposit working already. You did it for android.

    Like we all know BlackBerry allows installing android apps and one of them is RBC which by the way works perfectly. So are we shocked! This the direction BlackBerry is going anyway. There is no point in maintaining the bb10 version. This a fact for almost everything. I agree signing this a nice thing but I don't see a point any as I mentioned everything is leaning towards installing android apps.

    TD has Mobile Payment, Scotiabank & CIBC also have Mobile Payment Apps on BlackBerry.
