Guess I could ask Ben, but which bluetooth issue? No automatic reconnect after moving watch out of range of phone, or watch battery draining quickly?
Thanks
Quick battery drain on any 10.3.1.
Doesn't appear to be just a Pebble issue, but with the tiny battery and constant connection it is very noticeable. Usually under 10% by nighttime. I get around it by re-establishing the BT connection on both ends every day. Still almost full by bedtime.
OK, installed. 1949 today, 10 hours of pebble use, and the watch battery has gone from 100-90%...would be nice if this means problem solved.

Sounds promising....
I'm also with 1949. Currently 50% after 8 hours. I tried it with android and it lasted for days.

Doesn't sound "fixed"... Did you try a factory reset of the watch?
Maybe the developer knows something about the coming official release of .1949 that we don't know.
Tried 10.3.1.2072 and did a factory reset and I'm only getting a day of battery. Starting to wonder if BlackBerry is intentionally trying to make our phone incompatible with accessories.
EDIT: I deleted T2W Pro and connected with just the Pepple app and the battery didn't last a day. So there is something in the 10.3.1 radio files.
Let's see how 10.3.1.2072 treats my Pebble.
I am overall fine with everything setup so far and with caller watch for contacts phone book inegration for caller id works for me. I usually get about 3.5days of batter life and I'm ok with that BUT making the entire app and others are headless would really up a notch the performance! As this is the only app I have active day in day out and since started using it, the battery life is not that great and does reduce my powere whereas before uprising the app there was no battery power drop whatsoever!
Prior to installing the app for Pebble functionality, my battery life would hover at 55-60% available as I lay my head down to sleep and plug in device! Since installing talk2watch pro, pebble app,and caller watch with the same usage patterns as before I end up with 30% remaining at end of days!

We are all waiting for headless but it appears to not be very close. Not even the next update. Memory issues which the developer needs to get together with Blackberry, and that is not a quick process. leaving it open/ minimized doesn't appear to effect my phone battery life however. It is running at between .3 and .5%, I usually have between 70%-80% battery life after a 10 hour work day.
I'm a bit dismayed to hear this - I was hoping that the latest version of the 10.3.1 radio would fix the battery drain issue once and for all. I'm still running 10.3.0, but given the fact that my Pebble battery lasts me the entire work week, I'm ok with this OS for now.
I may be facing the possibility of *gasp* not running the latest official (or unofficial) OS on my device if 10.3.1.2072 has the same issue! ;)
Talk2Watch Pro update now available. Some of the features (I've tested and are working)
* Twitter now works
* Facebook now works for comments AND chat.
* Links directly to Pebble App Store for downloads.
Also mentions improved simplified scripting but I haven't explored how to write/ create scripts so I'll leave that for someone else. still not headless as expected. All in all, some nice improvements/ features.
I posted in the main t2w thread. Newest 2.9 firmware on the pebble and Z30STA100-3/10.3.1.1154 and battery is still at 80% on my pebble after a whole days use.
Until now on 10.3.1 I was getting barely a day out of it

That's good news. I have to try that- I'm still in the habit of removing it and throwing it on the charger every night. Which 10.3.1 OS are you on? Nevermind I see it. I'm on 2267/ 2268. Will see how that goes.
Did you also upgrade to to T2W pro (and update it)? I ask because I updated the Pebble Firmware to 2.9 and on 10.3.1.2072, I'm seeing no change in the battery life - it still has to be charged every night.
I'm using T2W (free, not Pro).
I am using the pro, a 2.9 pebblebits firmware and my Z30. Still at 60% now and I took it off the charger yesterday morning

Cool! One more reason to get T2W Pro. :)
Hi all,
I recently updated to the new T2W Pro with Pebble Store integration, doesn anyone know what happened to the mode that would allow to get a full email to the Pebble?
Not sure if this is what you are looking for, but email has been merged with the SMS & MMS tab.
10.3.1 Still kills the Pepple batteries
To be more accurate there used to be a script to get full emails. This is from the connectedly forum.
"Complete Email: seperates a long email into smaller messages and sends them tot he watch"
Something fixed the battery problem- It's one of two things because I made the changes back to back on consecutive days- Either
- 2480/2481 OS "patch" (Passport) or
-latest T2W Pro update.
But now I don't "reset" the BT connection daily as I used to. Around 20% or so drain a day.
Anyone concur with this?
I have that leak and the latest t2w but my pebble is still draining pretty fast. Have to recharge nightly.
Wonder why the difference? I tried just about all 10.3.1 leaks and this one does it for me. I won't get max. rated, which I think is supposed to be 5 days, but it's draining about 25% day. So I charge usually on the third day. keep both phone and watch "on" and connected to BT when I charge overnight.
Are you on Passport amance?
Yes On Passport with the Latest. I just hope they fix it soon. Not to much of a pain but the one of the reasons I like this watch is the long battery life
Garpt let us know how good it is on March 11th. Some fluke thing happens every once in awhile an "Low Energy " BT setting doesn't kill the Pepple everyday. But usually after 5 or 6 days it's back to disconnecting at 6pm and changing every night.
10.3.1 "sniff" kills the Pepple and other batteries
