Payment option

I was trying to buy an app from blackberry world and trying to use my PayPal as a payment option but it's not allowing me to set up it says there's a problem and try later and a code came out starts with P and followed by numbers, pls someone help how to fix this issue thanks

I had that happen a few months back with a certain back up app. I just waited and it eventually got fixed, about a month later. It was an issue with the app, not my PayPal.
