I recently wiped my Passport clean after an upgrade that restored the OS to factory condition. The only difference that I notice right now is that Password Keeper no longer asks for the login password after a screen timeout.

Is there a way to configure Password Keeper to ask for the login password again if the screen blacks out and somebody opens the screen after a few minutes?

Yes there is. Swipe your finger from the screen top bevel, when in Password Keeper and in Settings find the appropriate toggles
