I got my blackberry yesterday night and I love this thing. I have a problem with my SIM but that really deals with my carrier.

The battery is really bad, I charged it overnight and still displays this
Passport's battery, why is it bad?-img_20141028_052815.png

    I didn't restore from a previous phone.

Oh, FFS, that is as accurate as doomsday 's prediction. The best way to measure your battery life is using it for a couple of days, open the device monitor, active frame it, and look at the "average battery life".

The battery time remaining is calculated from your current usage. So, if you kept doing the exact same thing you were doing maybe 5 minutes ago for 8 straight hours, the battery would die.

The OS needs to settle in..give it 3-4 days and you will see battery life to be more stable.
