    Does anyone have any suggestions for apps to play a wider range of avi files? For some of my videos it won't play.

    You can try Kalemsoft - https://appworld.blackberry.com/webs...ntent/25527881 might help but it's all hardware anyway and the media playback on BB10 has always been a bit.. flaky. Started happening around the time BB stopped support for AC3 audio.

    I bought it on my pb and it worked, so I guess I'll have to fork out another $5. Thanks!

    I have downloaded Allplayer and VidOn Player DH from the Amazon or Google Play Store. They played movies that I could not play otherwise.
    Allplayer works well

    Wow! Dur, I had a moment. After trying to get avi files to play on my pb I forgot I can load apks on my pp. Cheers mate
