    Hi everyone, I just wiped my blackberry (had issues with the phone freezing seconds after restart. I've done a security wipe twice since, and the same issue occurs: blackberry world won't let me update apps that need updating, including blackberry world. "An error has occured processing your request".

    now what? any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
