I have been using my passport for 2 months, and it just died on me. Won't turn on when plugged in. Cannot do a battery pull cos the battery is not removable. Got it from Amazon. Can someone help?

Manufacturer (BB) should provide warranty for a year. Have you talked with BlackBerry support?
Another think you might have tried already is to try different charger and charging cable.
I am using my PP for a month and so far so good.

Try the Volume Up and Down Hard Reset. Mine acted funny the other day and would not wake up. I held the Up and Down Volume buttons for about 10 seconds and my phone restarted. It took a few iterations as I think my fingers slipped off or maybe it just took a few tries. Good luck.

Having the very same problem. Experienced the same problem in December. Ended up losing the passport for a week while it was in the "repair" shop of the company (Telus) who sold it to me. I really don't want to have to bring it in again. I tried the suggested solution of holding down the volume keys but that is not working. Would be grateful for any suggestions from the community.

It just happened to me today and I think it may have happened previously, but today I couldn't get it running. I tried the volume UP/DOWN reset and it worked great the first time. The only thing I noticed is that it seemed longer than 10 seconds by just counting. So if it doesn't work for you then press for 15 seconds to be sure. My battery had been at over 60% when it happened and when I did the hard reset it was now at 22% after about 2 hours. Clearly the Passport had been busy doing something, but would not wake up. Hope that helps.

Try the Volume Up and Down Hard Reset . . . . I held the Up and Down Volume buttons for about 10 seconds and my phone restarted.
That worked for me too, thanks.
