Has anyone found a good wallet case for the Passport?
I'm looking for a leather, journal style wallet case. I have seen a few, but the only one that wasn't imitation leather had a pouch to slip the Passport into, meaning you would have to physically remove the phone from the case to use it.
I'm really looking for one that sticks onto the back, or something similar, so you can just flip it open and have full access to the device.
If only the BlackBerry flip case had a spot for a license, a couple credit card slots, and a place to slip some bills!

This one cost me $2.99 from Amazon by Abacus 24-7 Wallet Bookcase. Now it's not genuine leather like you want but it's close enough.

It has two rails (see pictures) that the Passport slides into. So you just flip the cover open fold it back and go to work.
The latch is magnetic and keeps the wallet secure. There are 3 card holders plus the side is long and deep enough to store cash and other cards.
The only thing it doesn't have is the cutout for the led notification light.
I'm extremely satisfied with it, it fits my needs of not wanting to scratch the Passport and to protect it from drops.
And for 3 bucks you can't beat it.

The PDAIR case looks great, but again, it has a pouch, so you need to take your phone out of the case every time you want to use it.
I'm looking for one that will leave the phone accessible.

There is no hole for the indicator light. But, for $6 you can decide if you like that type of case.

Pardon the naivet� but do the credit cards in those wallet cases really damage the screen of the phone? I've only ever used a pouch. They seem very handy but I've always been wary of screen and magnetic issues. I'm admittedly dumb about such things.

I love my Tetded Dijon II case. It has a soft suede microfiber lining inside, and no credit card slots. No need for a screen protector.

I find that credit cards and smartphone to be mutually exclusive. If I can pay with a smartphone app, I don't need the physical card, and if I need to use the card, the phone is unnecessary. So yes, I carry a wallet as well - I hope not for too much longer, as smartphone payments become more commonplace.

Maybe the cards are kept off the screen by the card pockets? My preference is to not have cards potentially rubbing against screen even though I Ghost Armor all my devices. I chose the Vaja agenda case and use a Bellroy card sleeve.

With normal use there's is zero effect (scratches or otherwise) BUT if you are placing it in your back pocket and sitting on it or applying too much pressure, your cards will not scratch the screen. But if there is pressure placed on the closed case in the long run it may imprint a line on your screen protector. A naked screen will not be affected as the plastic cards don't have sharp edges!

If only Speck made a Candyshell wallet case for the Passport (or any case for that matter). Their wallet case on the IPhone has three slots on the back, so you don't have to worry about credit cards scratching the screen.

If you must combine phone and credit cards, that's the way to go IMO.

A traditional folio-style wallet case just seems to get in the way of the screen, typing, calls, etc.

Any cases with card slots on the back like that?

I guess I'd just get something like that Ringke Fusion clear case, so as not to hide my beautiful Passport. And then just use my iPhone as a wallet.

I just ordered the Gerzat II from Tetded. I'll post pictures when it arrives. I did ask if they could add a third credit card slot on the inside of the cover. They replied and said that they could not handle custom requests for online orders... but then stated that they would try to meet my request... so, I guess we'll see what happens!
