My Passport, bought in June 2015, is a state-of-the-art masterpiece. I am extremely 200% satisfied with it. Otherwise, I should have not bought it. It can't be replaced by any other phone currently in the market.

Yep...got it in March 2015. Still have my Q10 and it seems so small now.

My only complaints:

1) Battery life. I'm a fairly heavy user particularly of email. My work, personal, and volunteer email accounts are all on the phone. Could not do that without the hub. There are some days where I can be in meetings until midnight. I run pretty close with only 5% left. A minor complaint for sure on a fantastic device.

2) Hard corners. In and out of my pocket the corners will sometimes catch. Not interested the ATT version, but the SE nailed it with the slightly rounded corners and the larger chin.

There is not really much I would change about the device. It's fantastic.

Passport. It will take you places.

Happy now but the first one had screen lift and was returned to me that way. After a lot of yelling and screaming a refurbished unit was sent and I can honestly say it's solid!

Yup Lov'n the Passport. I really enjoy using the Story Teller app. What a great tool for creating quick Power point like presentations. I arrived for my brother inlaws funeral to find they had no presentation for his service. I jumped in to high gear taking pictures of pictures they had of his life and in a couple of hours I had an amazing video presentation for his family.
The camera on passport is the best I've ever used on a phone. Wife has iphone 6 plus and I can't get it to take near as good shots as my Passport.

The only thing I really don�t like is the camera. I tried to take pictures with some friends . They used Iphone6 and Samsung Galaxy. Their pics had much better quality by far.

My wife has the iphone 6 and they do look better on screen. However, we got a mixture of my passport photos and her iphone photos printed. And the iphone printed photos looked awful and the passport photos looked incredible. And this has happened on more than 1 occasion. Go figure.

She is able to take the photo quicker, and on-screen it looks better. But Costco and Henry's printers prefer BlackBerry camera for some reason.

Yes, with reservation- I just received the $199 Leap today and diggin' the difference. I loaded my red passport with Simon's android programs and have also downloaded productivity apps from both the Amazon store and BlackBerry World. My idea is to sell my passport, my two 9900s, and my Galaxy Tab and keep the Leap. I'll buy some kind of larger tablet or the iPad pro when it unveils. The Leap will be used as a phone and communication hub with a dash of productivity apps I purchased on BlackBerry World.

Best phone I have ever owned. Joy to use and serious productivity machine. Feel like I can do just about anything I do on a computer with this thing. The slider looks very interesting and I'm really looking forward to seeing what BlackBerry comes out with. I loved the Torch but switched to a Bold 9900 because I felt the keyboard on that thing was unbelievable. However it looks like BlackBerry may have got the sliding mechanism right this time and also made sure it has proper horsepower and isn't as bulky as the torch was. Good work BlackBerry!

I've bought my original passport two weeks ago and completely love it. But there is one thing that I don't like! Passport is too attractive and beautiful. And because of that today I have to buy the Red one for my wife. She refuses to use any other smartphone (iPhone 6, Galaxy S6, etc.) after she saw my new Black Passport. So, when you buy one passport, prepare more money for another one (for your spouse)... ))

I finally got my BB Passport phone last Thursday - I'm in Love. Just realized how tiny the screen on the Q10 was but I still love that one too. I've come to the conclusion that all those people complaining or hating on the Passport are people who don't actually use the phone and just generally hate BB. They need to get off these sites and stick to the phones they love.

I love everything about the Passport. Many reviews had negative comments about the keyboard, but it has been so easy to adapt to and is very easy to use. In fact I prefer this keyboard to the Q10. Keys are easy to use and soft and although everything else is on the virtual keyboard it is so simple to use. So what if I have to use two hands to hold while I type, no problem to me, I used two hands on my Q10 anyway.

People complain about the lack of apps, but they forget that there are plenty of us out there, who really don't give a damn about apps. I'm one of those people. The only apps on my phone are those I actually use. Everything else I have uninstalled/removed. I'm getting exactly what I want from the phone. Apps are not important to me and people should not simply write off a phone because it lacks apps.

I am one very happy satisfied Blackberry fan for life. Thank you BB.
