The only thing that could be better than a Passport is a Passport with access to the Playstore. Amazon Appstore has too many glitches. Other than that, my Passport is the shiiiiiiii!!!!

Not me. Ecosystem slowly became too broken. Once I got the PRIV, the Passport was banished to my box of blackberries that I no longer use...

I used to be satisfied. The Priv is actually my daily driver and the Passport is more for writing school papers and note taking.

I use it to take advantage of the huge screen.

I've had mine since November 2014. It used to last 2 days with ease even with heavy use, lately it can still go a full day very easily but I can't blame the battery for weakening. Because my charging habits aren't that good. Anyway it's still the absolute best phone ever for me. Maybe will get a Silver Edition soon.

I've had my Passport since Nov 2014 and I love it. It did go thru some keyboard stuttering back awhile ago but things seem to have settled down. However lately (past month) it's begun freezing on me I've had to resort to turning it off and starting up again. Sort of like I used to yank the battery with my Legacy BlackBerrys'. It may be time to consider a new BlackBerry .... so a new Passport SE or maybe that DTec50 or the next BlackBerry coming out. Decisions, decisions

I've had a BlackBerry Passport now for almost 2 years, and I still absolutely love it! Best phone I've ever had. I'm thinking of ordering 2 more just in case they stop making them.

Hardware has no problem at all, I like the way BB Passport is different.
Sad thing is that my needed apps are not supported, e.g. Whatapps, Viber, Instagram, Facebook!

Android Apps are always not running perfectly!

Less satisfied than I was a year ago, more satisfied than I will be a year from now. That being said, this is about BB10 on all BlackBerry devices including my Z30, not about the Passport's hardware, which still capably handles everything I throw at it.

My wife just pressures amounts to me that she wand a Passport too :-)
Well at least as a 2nd device next to her beloved classic for easier reading and surfing the web.

So now I have to summed up:

1x Q10 used by my daughter (yep she loves it and denying any other device)
1x Q5 and PlayBook used by one granny
1x Z30 used by the other granny
1x Classic used by my wife with a Passport to be added
1x Classic and Passport used by my self
1x Classic and 1x Z10 for spare in the drawer

Wonder what other BlackBerry OS10 device will follow next :-P

Not so much, my headphone jack won't work most of the time without rebooting the device. BlackBerry has sent me two new phones to fix this, they both have the same issue. It's software not hardware. Without any BB10 updates, there is no hope of this getting better, so I think I'm jumping ship to a Priv or DTek. Not happy about it because I love my Passport but the lack of BB10 support is killing my love slowly but surely

I'm still loving this phone as the purpose of a phone for me primarily is as a communication device. Problem is, there are a few apps that I require for work and the passport can no longer run them with stability. No fault of the device, but because those apps have been updated and since have been crashing frequently.

Looks like DTEK or possibly Argon for me, though I will still switch back to passport once in awhile, like when I'm roaming out of country, or am on vacation time away from work or even when taking roadtrips. Still some uses for this phone but I surely don't want to part with it. Might even use it as a GPS and tether the data from a WiFi hotspot.
