I bought my Passport on the 2nd of February this year. And I'm loving this phone like no other. The screen is amazing. The battery life is awesome, like no other phone I've ever owned. The sound, while listening to music is loud and clear. The keyboard is a treat to type on. I had a Bold 9700 back when it was launched. After that it was one bad journey with IOS and Androids.
I'm happy that I decided to come back to BlackBerry. The Passport is what got me hooked to BlackBerry again. So much so that I bought a Z30 and now am planning for one more Z30 and a Q10. And another Passport if the Money Gods permit :)

Had mine since November and i can say i'm pretty satisfied.
two niggly points however are:
- BBM on the passport doesnt behave exactly the same way as BBM on all other devices behave....you can't swipe from left to right and you can't ping your contacts
- 1:1 ratio screen is fine for everything but wide screen video
Nope. I'm not satisfied..
One Passport isn't enough!! :P

I'm satisfied but it does lack some of features and I'll be very grateful to Mr chen if he removes the android runtime and gives us native apps instead!
More you cannot swipe photos and youccannot zoom photo using touch keyboard and many many more features! No viber no instagram no skype no snapchat no fb messenger wechat is outdated fb is very disappointed! These are most popular apps but BlackBerry doesn't own any of this! Luckily their whatsapp is updated!
I'm stick with it if they re committed with bb10 otherwise byebye BlackBerry

Mine bbm on passport is same with every other BlackBerry 10 device and yes I can't swipe horizontally! Rightnow horizontal swiping is only for twitter, and homescreen .you cannot siwipe photos. And yes you can change the ratio of video screen as well. Select 16:9 in camera mode then switch to video mode.

I have to admit I am still happy with my Passport. Switching between Passport and Classic on a random base, I think I love Passport more than Classic. The keyboard, the performance, the screen, the battery, and overall experience. The only thing I love about Classic is the fact that it looks like a BlackBerry. Not that Passport doesn't, but it does take a while before you know it is a BlackBerry. I currently have 5 Passports with me, one of which is for my wife, so I am running on 4 Passports with different colors. I fail to see why it is not a great device(ok, the camera should have been better). BlackBerry should build a device with minimum change on its exterior and some new chipset(like S805/808/810 or, better, 820). What they shouldn't do is what they have done with SE. That's my opinion. I am waiting on Venice, but it is for my wife.

BBM on passport is technically the same as all BBM on BB10 and other platforms BUT you cant swipe left or right to bring out any contextual menus, it is therefore different
16:9 video played on the Passport is way too small compared to what you get on other devices with 3:2 or 16:9 screen dimensions
Actually there's a Skype app on BB10 it works fine.
the native Facebook apps allows you to chat easily and even shows your chat in the HUB so what would be the point of a separate FB messenger? it will just be another redundant app to make up the numbers
Satisfied with my phone for sure!
So happy with the original PP that I got the Silver Edition. :D
I've had the Passport since launch... and not looking at any other phones. Still love it.

Got mine the first day they came out. I was surprised that a Telus store (in North Vancouver) had them in stock. I love it more all the time. Can't imagine using anything else now. The only thing I might have complained about was that the camera was pretty basic. I just got camera++ app for $3.00 and it makes camera much better. I used to think there was 20% of the time when a better digital camera would be nice, but now I can't see an occasion when I'd need one. The PP takes the place of camera and pad for almost everything.
DUH! What is not to love!
Purchased the Passport when it first came out and never had an issue with it and still enjoying it! !
Yes that is why I order the SE version :)
Have had since launch, and use it every day all day without fail.
Beautiful device, most practical deviceI have ever owned

More than satisfied. Love it more and more with each successive update!! Does everything I could possibly need from a smartphone.
I am satisfied with the device but I do have two minor annoyances.
1. When I first got the phone the battery would last two days and now it only lasts about 8 hours
2. The more I beat up the phone the more things crash.
Oh well, time to buy a SE!

Early adopter from October last year, and I'm still EXTREMELY pleased. No other device like it.
I bought one from a guy on ebay and its a ATT unlocked and its perfect and loaded a 10.3.2.2339 and is perfect. I then traded my Verizon Z30 unlocked for a classic from a fellow CB addict and its a ATT unlocked and I got it Saturday and loaded the same OS and finally got it all set up a few hours ago and using it for a back up and to have a second phone to play with.
I just wish there were more accessories for the ATT version but what the heck
I'm still immensely satisfied with my unlocked Passport. I rather like the squared-off corners as opposed to AT&T's take on it, but that's my own preference, yours may differ. But as a T-Mobile subscriber, it's cheap to keep my earlier phone, a Z10, active, and I still use my 9900, as a pager and stream player, as well. I'd probably still have my 9700, too, but I gave it to my son-in-law, but he lost it...ah, well, it's not mine anymore, so oh, well.
Still, I love the larger screen, and while the Z10 has some nice pluses (not the least of which is the mini-HDMI jack, something I kinda miss on the Passport (and yes, I do have the adapter, but I haven't used it yet)) but if I were forced to choose one phone, the Passport would be the one. I even still have my first BB, a 8100 Pearl, but I can't bring myself to use it, and wonder now how I could have been happy with that screen.
Very satisfied. Had mine since 11/14
