Very unhappy... First 10.3.1.1779 update resulting in flickering screen, then my phone started to crash at random, no update 10.3.2 for Europe, and now my phone looks like it finally died as it keeps rebooting but not charging so the battery has drained completely. Android apps often do not run smooth and tend to drain the battery. No technical support for unlocked PP in my country... Had issues with older versions of BB as well but at least you could do a hard reset by removing the battery.... So, very poor software stability and although I love the hub, keyboard, blend and operation with the gestures, all these issues (I have forgiven them for the Playbook debacle) just simply push me away from bb.

Dude, your OS version is ancient. That's the source of your problem. If you can write here, please learn how to install and update your own OS with autoloader and or blitz. Look around the forum section BlackBerry 10 OS and get it yourself.

Sound like you picked the wrong phone for your needs.

I'm using the AT&T Passport which I brought right after I sold my Red Passport. Been using it for a couple of months until I got the Samsung Galaxy Note 5. Now I'm taking a trip out of town and guess what phone is on my hip? That's right my trusty long battery life, fast ,no lag, wireless charging BlackBerry Passport!

Lack of apps is getting me down. I hate having to lug a moto g around with me to play boom beach and clash of clans.

Also some of my other android apps are laggy and painful to use on passport.

I love bb10 but miss apps

I got my Passport in May 2015 and since then I haven't been happier... I have fallen in love with the fluid OS, the well spaced touch enabled keyboard, the amazing loudspeaker and the never large battery! Since the time I've got my Passport, I seldom use my iPad for browsing. It's the best phone I have used till date!!!!!!

Absolute! Passport SE since first week in August. Moved up a Z30 which too is a solid hand set.

The Passport is on a league alone with its BlackBerry 10 os performing brilliantly!

I agree with you. Best phone ever. I don't think I will be interested in the new slider phone--I'm starting to love the 3-row qwerty keyboard more and more on the Passport.
