This has been happening for a while. When I plug in my Passport via USB, the device manager lists 3 unknown BlackBerry devices. Updating drivers doesn't do anything. Is this a common/known issue? I use Windows 10 now and blackberry software 10.3.2.2226

Mine shows two. One for the Passport and the other is the media card that is in my Passport.

My BT is always on and never shows as an extra driver.

Well whatever it is, no drivers recognize any of the devices

I had a similar issue. Using a different USB port solved it to me.

    Don't think so.

I'm assuming you have the latest Blend package?

Also, if it's a USB 3.0 port, don't use it.

Works fine for me on USB 3.0 no driver issues.

Uninstall all the BlackBerry drivers and install the latest after rebooting.

USB 3 works fine with my passport, mind you I'm not using Windows 10 yet.

It might be implementation-dependent; my laptop is fine, but my desktop completely chokes on a USB 3.0 connection to PassportSQW100-1/10.3.2.2339.
