Hi!

I am a passport user since October 14 and have had no problems with the phone till now. Recently, when I tried recording my two year old playing, I realized that after I recorded him, the video recording plays well but it fails to capture any audio. The only thing I here is some sort of white noise.

Is anyone else having this problem? I've tried all the volume control settings to ensure it's not a playback issue... I don't record too many videos but I know that the last couple of videos I recorded had no problems with the audio. I use Skype, viber and BBM video calling extensively and have had no problem with my mic or speakerphone. Tried virtual expert which indicates my phone is performing all tasks that it is supposed to. Tried security wiping but the problem still exists.

The pone was bought from Amazon Global and shipped to UAE.

I am on BB 10.3.1.1779 with OS version 10.3.1.2576

Yeah, I've just noticed the same problem. Do you know how to solve it?

Nope.. I hope someone else has a solution. I also updated to 10.3.2 via OTA.. still the same problem persists.
