i recently switched from q10 where was qwertz keybord to passport with qwerty keyboard. Now, when i restore settings and data from backup file made form q10 when pressing z shows up y and opposite. is there any fix?

Try clean installation, not restore from backup

Yes there's a fix. You need to just change the layout of your keyboard.

Goto Settings > Languages and Input > Input Languages > Enabled Languages and click on one of the languages you want to change layout for

For eg English (UK) and Change Default layout

I've seen this before.
And the person some how had their word substitution or personal dictionary set to swap the letters around.
They went into the settings and clear them and fixed the issue.
