I was rather concerned at first, before I had actually got my phone, but I was delightfully surprised that it is not too big. It is big, but it is also very manageable for its size.

I've had a few say it's big, but I've yet to have anyone say it is too big.

Not too big no... If anything, I'd like BB to trim the side and top bezels so that, while keeping the same form factor, we get more screen real estate. Wouldn't be opposed to making it even bigger actually, as my hands are big enough to for one-hand use/typing.

I wrote a business letter on mine yesterday. It was comfortable and easy to do. But if it had a 4" screen, it would be much more phone- like and would likely be a good seller. It you use your phone like a small laptop, it's perfect.

Two day's for me to get used to it. I still use my q10 as second phone but its the q10 that seems weird to me now with its ting buttons and cramped screen.

Yes it is. But the display is awesome! And I still have my Q10 as. my work phone. So it's a win-win situation.

Once you get used to the size after a week or so of use, you will understand why it was designed that way. That square screen makes perfect sense for reading documents and web site , not so much for you tube watching currently but I dont really care for that. Oh it fits into my shirt pocket nicely compared to other big screened phones out there. The more I think of it, it does seem to be a very functional small phablet hat I can carry around and use everywhere.

It really does grow on you, it's not too big at all. I would say for a 6'1" guy with normal size hands it's the perfect keyboard phone size! Took three weeks to get used to size.

I can do limited one handed operation on my Passport but for the full enjoyment, use two hands. The best part is there will be no Passport owners texting while operating a motor vehicle, which is a good thing!

Lol I am driving right at this moment. Using legs to hold the car straight and typing with two hands. Lol.

This is very true. And also it makes the other phones be ridiculously small. Have a look at a z10 screen after two weeks of using the Passport.

Having had mine for almost 2 weeks I can honestly say I love the size. I can one hand for content reading and surfing but need 2 hands to pound out text especially to swipe to dramatically improve typing time.

Far less grammatical errors and missing mistakes due to wrong auto word correction that happened all too often on my Z10.

Chen has eluded to a Passport2 that you can one hand. If the screen is small, I can't see it not being smaller, than I would likely pass. I consume a ton of content and write very lengthy detailed messages. The wide screen makes this pure pleasure. It far exceeded my expectations.

Too big, not for me and don't overly miss being able to type with one hand.

I have to say that even when I have small hands, this phone let's work perfectly not too big, not too small and the best of all is that everywhere I take it out bring too many reactions

I miss the initial feelings about the Passport being too big. Now it just feels like a regular sized phone.

It's been 3 weeks and I am still getting used to it. Loved my Z30 and still miss it when trying to type with one hand or dropping the phone on my face while operating in lying down position. It's harmful and you end up with bruises.
Still have repeated thoughts to get back to Z30. Practically it has not been a very exciting experience except for the quality and finish of passport. Have used 10.3 on z30 and not much difference for me on passport. More of limitations though.
This is my first physical keyboard device, probably that's why I am not very comfortable (though used Q10) for a while.
Given all combinations, I would like to install BlackBerry os 10.3 on iphone 6 and also add stylus support like note 4. That would be my ideal device.

I thought it might be and you certainly can't type easily with one hand. What I have found is that after a few days of use, I can't say for sure that the passport isn't too big but my old Z10 is definitely way too small now!
