    !please help me! something happend to my phone when I helded in pocket.now when I turn on the device I open an app or camera for example It. works ok for 1 min and then I cant absolutely open any app again even phone tools.as I try to open they close them selfes again.whats the problem here?

    Do a hard reset and see if it works normal afterwards

    what is the hard reset,i think I cant,because I dont have the phone in control,it rejects the password in bb id,or when I click a security wipe.
