    Hi guys!

A bit late to the game but I moved to the Passport after my iphone 6 plus died on me and I love the hardware, but the software keeps f-ing up.

Before the latest update, android decided it didn't want to bootup but installing the latest update fixed that. And now somehow my phone has used 31gb/32 and all of it is classified as 'system'. I have no idea what's going on. Also the browser doesn't work anymore and all my folders were wiped out as well as the quick access dropdown was wiped empty

Your only option really is to reload the OS

This happened to me once before. I couldn't figure out what was consuming the space - I ended up wiping/re-loading.

Is there a post somewhere to wiping? Or is it just a factory reset?

    Thanks

Factory reset. I assume you have no Link backup?

Haha I tried the factory reset and halfway through the security wipe process it bricked. So I used link to reload the os software. It's running smoothly so far. Thanks all

Sounds good. Once you get all of your apps, contacts, personalized settings and otherwise setup don't forget an initial Link backup to fall back on. Good luck!

I did link backup before I did the original factory reset, but I did a full backup and worried that 25gb would be moved back onto the device

When you do a Backup with Link, it will show the size, iirc. You can also do a custom backup with Link and specify which information types exactly you want to backup.

Regardless, glad to hear you're back on track!
