I just switched from a BB Passport to a BB SE passport. I loved so much the first version, one of the main reason is that I live in a region with bad mobile connexion.
The original BB Passport did always had a few bars connecting to the network. Like none of my phones had before (iPhone, Galaxy,...). A fantastic phone.

My new BB Passport SE is a catastrophy, really bad connexion, and it is the same with WiFi. The "old" one had full bars connexions, the SE has maximum 2...

I'm so disappointed. Does anybody experience the same problems ?

No. SE has better reception b/c of a superior aerial. My Passports have excellent reception.

If it's that bad, you know what to do. Organize for a refund or exchange and do it fast. The last thing you want is to be caught with a faulty Passport.
