    Just switched from Q10 to the Silver & have the Turtleback case w/ holster. But the Silver doesn't work on the Turtleback, I put my old Q10 & pulled it out, it was working (my phone automatically unlocked).

    Kindly advise how to set my Silver so that it'll work with my holster. Thank you.

    I think you'll have to take it to a store that can fix or unlock it to accept your holster
