I upgraded from a Passport to the Silver Edition. I usually have my LED lights to 'white' however on the Silver Edition is appears light pink or like a rose color. I wanted to know if it was my specific Silver Edition or if it was universal. I don't have another camera to take a picture of it. (I also changed it to Magenta to see if the colors may have been swapped, nope, magenta is darker. All other colors seem to work properly! )

If you have a SE Passport, please change the LED light to white, and see if it's white or a rose color. On my original passport the LED light was as white as snow!

    Thanks

Same here, I tried to differentiate the e-mail accounts by using magenta and white, and they look almost the same. But that happened with my OG Passport as well, never had a real white LED

Really? I wonder if it's a software bug or hardware.

Well, the white is achieved with a combination of colours. It might be that due to the build or the material, or even the colour, there are some more reflections of the red colour happening.

    Pink is rad though!

That's been the case for me on every BlackBerry I've owned since my 9700. Only it could produce a pure white light and a super nice orange. Everything else after that you can see the colour bleed. It pisses me off enough that I don't use customer colours because I hate how bad they look.

If it makes you feel any better, the "white" on my AT&T model comes across as a really pale blue.

Do you see it white if you test the LED with BBVE app?

None of my BB phones every had a LED which produced "pure" whites. I am talking about the 9900, Q10, Passport and Classic in fact. Chosing a white LED color already resulted in a visible mix, mostly with that white/pink hue the OP was mentioning.
