    A sensitive electronic device. Look how small the stuff is. Some people refuse to work on phones. They don't have the motor skills. The stuff is tiny and fragile. Sell bad for parts and buy a new one. I don't have a problem with mine.

    I think I would try to re-flash my ROM again.
    Not to install any Android apps, or attach any accessories( like flip case.)

    As the blackberry support mentioned, it may be an HW issue.
    If you have done all above, and the random reboot still. I think it's truly an HW issue.
    If I were you, I would accept the suggestion to replace a new one.
    No need to find out whats happening, due to sometimes the blackberry staff won't even know whats happened. They just want to try to solve problems for you ASAP.
