Passport Silver Ed, able to stream music via bluetooth in Prius as I currently do with Samsung G5?

I am about to buy a Passport Silver Edition, very excited, like combination of blackberry functionality with some android apps. I am on the road a lot so I want to make sure i can stream music via bluetooth in Prius as I currently do with Samsung G5.

Prius website lists below as unavailable (but could be earlier Passport because it lists it as available on Prius C)

The multimedia system can play paused music.
Streaming music can be paused using the multimedia system's controls.
The multimedia system can play stopped music.
The current ARTIST NAME is displayed by the multimedia system.
The current ALBUM NAME is displayed by the multimedia system.
The multimedia system can play the PREVIOUS TRACK.
The multimedia system can play the NEXT TRACK.
The current TRACK NAME is displayed by the multimedia system.

Does anyone have a regular prius (I have a 2014) and stream music from bluetooth on passport? After rereading the above list its possible the functionality doesnt work with the car media changer but does work if you play from phone and change songs from phone, etc.

I rented a prius and used my Z30 on it while I was in California it works just fine being able to use the media controls. The model phones here don't change their capabilities like that since they all run the same operating system, so you should be fine if my memory serves me right
