Going through the same problem, haven't got any solid solution for it.
But just a self experience, every time I over charge the battery I face that problem(like kept it for charging even after it reaches 100%)
But when I unplug when it's at 80% It works fine.
Try it out, and please let me know if that works out for you.

Are you guys using the charger that came with your Passports? If not, then you should. And also, you should try resetting your OS if all else fails.

Does it restart randomly or when doing something specific, for example, upon reaching 80% charge, etc.?

Other BlackBerry phones do this which has been attributed to movement of the battery. Many people put a piece of paper or business card under the back cover so the battery isn't loose.

That's what I thought so, too. Probably some loose battery connection. But it's not user-replaceable so unless you have advanced knowledge of these things, I suggest you see a technician to assess the problem.

    Sounds not cool :/

But my restart comes on my table. Not in my pocket

OK, but the passport battery is concealed. And I highly doubt if that is the problem.
And as an example, the phone was lying on the table prior to this message. It just restarted randomly.
And if the problem was due to the battery movement, any fast movement(wiggle and jiggle) should cause the phone to restart, which never happens.

OK. I can drop my Q10 on the floor and it doesn't restart ever. Or when I run. But if often restarts just when I place it down flat gently.

Regardless, it doesn't help you if it isn't removable.

Is it a full reset? Mine has been doing a new thing where all open apps reset like the phone was restarted (they become transparent).

My Passport restarts from 0-100. you can see the startup circle mit the percentage. It's the same when you restart the device manually

Wow, it worked for you too. Perfect.
But as far as I know, even though you unplug on time. There will be occasional restarts. But these won't be as frequent as it was when you charge overnight.

I made a wipe too but take the backup file from 10.3.2

    Now i running 10.3.3.

I think this is my last option to make a clear install and don't use my backup file again.

Hell yeah. A lot of work to setup haha

Wipe does not work. Don't waste your time doing it.
I'm going through the same problem, did a couple of wipes but never worked for me. I'm just living with it until the KEYone is out.

So many weeks without a Restart. Now i charge my battery to 100%. And BOOM - After the 100% my Passport Restarts.

I don't know what it is but i think its the charger ? Or the Battery ?

I blame it on the battery.
