Anyone know how you would go about fixing this? It doesn't even receive over wifi. Can't wipe the phone at this time because BlackBerry Link doesn't work for me anymore on windows 10.

Maybe the Hub needs restarting? Have you tried the five swipes from the top-right corner to the center while in the Hub? (Easier still is just to Restart.)

Have you recently activated two-step authentication to better secure your email? That might have blocked your Passport from receiving emails. You'll need to authorize your Passport. Depending on which email service you're using, look up two-step authentication with them.

Since it's email, then maybe remove and re-add the account?

Go to the Hub screen. Start off screen (like with the peek gesture) at the top-right corner then swipe diagonally toward the center of the screen. Do it five times in a row and you will see the Hub reset, like when you first boot the phone.

    I did that and nothing.

But now all of a sudden it's working again. I can't explain why. This is strange.
