    Hey everyone,

    I've sent my BlackBerry Passport with an issue back to the store, they tried to repair it but it didn't work, and offered me a used device in same condition. Same condition indeed, since the problem also exists on this device! My antenna is broken, it switches from 4G data and speech, to just speech. I've waited for four weeks and I get a broken device? Is there anyone who has a number for me, to contact BlackBerry directly?

    Or if anyone has a similar problem, I'd like to hear it.

    Sorry to hear that sending it in only resulted in them sending you another faulty phone. I have had my passport for just under a year and a half and it just started having similar issues. I can really on get reception now if I am outside! It looks like I will be sending mine in for repairs at my own cost as its over 12 months old but I can not justify buying another $800.00 phone from BB if they only last this long.
    I saw the reply telling you to use twitter, I tried this a few times so far and have yet to get a response.

    When using Twitter just keep at them, send an open and DM message if you don't hear back from them pull them up in your original open message eg #BlackBerry #BB10 still no reply are you too busy??, Usually gets a response.

    Just one other thing, if you bought the phone Sim free from Shop BlackBerry then that's fine but if the phone is bought from a 3rd party eg mobile operator or Carphone warehouse they will ask you to send back to 3rd party suppliers as the 2yr warranty will have to honoured through supplier.

    Here is a problem with 4g with SQW100-2 and SQW100-3 versions in some countries. Just reached out that today from BlackBerry support in Russia.
