    Hi

I have an Passport SE, its 2 weeks old.

I have noticed a clicking noise on the silver cover below the keypad.

Does anyone else have this issue.

I do but not a deal breaker. Just when I miss the space bar and hit lower on the plastic chin, I can hear it. Phone is so much more than small issues. Nothing is perfect.

These kinds of responses always blow me away. So you'll shell out $500 plus for a phone, then be satisfied that it's workmanship is sub par? Had this issue, sent it right back for a new one. The new one is fine. If I'm going to spend this kind of money for a device, I expect it to be good. Very good. Why would I expect less and be content with obvious workmanship flaws? When your customer base is willing to pay a premium for it (as all BlackBerry owners do, because you really can get more premium phone and feature for less money with many other devices brands) then they should get an unapologetically better device and not have to accept 'I can live with it' settlement.

Some people are not picky. So what. If their Passport is doing everything it is supposed to do, then there is no problem for that user.

People pay premium for everything and toss it when it's not 'new' anymore. So who really cares? Every few months iPhone users and Samsung users do this, and when they do, their devices often look like they've been through a war.
