I recently upgraded from an original Passport to the SE - principally as I loved the keyboard - ad the fact that one did not have to press as firmly.

Sadly the M and N keys are playing up and now need a much harder press than any of the other keys.

Has anyone else encounter this (mine was bought about 6 months ago)

My first SE had issues with space bar where right corner wasn't feeling any click. Exchanged to new SE and now everything works fine. My OG passport didn't have any issues, buttons were feeling harder more in place.

Thanks - I think I have a similar problem in that I have to press *exactly* the right spot I order for the letters to register

Really odd - but the keys are now working fine (in the meantime I bought a new phone!)
