    Hi all,

    I really hope you can support me with the following. I'm already trying to find a solution the last hours, but it didn't work out.

    - 2-week old Passport Silver Edition worked fine yesterday evening, but is "dead" today morning

    - Screen is black, the Passport is not starting

    - No reaction to soft or hard reset

    - When connecting an USB cable, the LED light shows red (not blinking, just all the time)

    - BB Link is not able to connect to the phone / reload of the OS via Link not possible

    - Sachesi is not detecting the device

    - OS is the latest "official" BB release of 10.3.2

    Do you have any idea what I can try?

    2 weeks old? is still under warranty then... go where you bought it and ask for refund or change for another one.
    I seen that Passport SE is having lot of problems! mine is the AT&T version and works smoothly!

    I'm not seeing a lot of issues. Att one has been great but needs at least 2813 software. Which att doesn't supply.

    I know but I used sachesi to update it to 2888, mine is unlocked (by myself) with Chimera Tool
