If it supports a certain capacity SDXC card, all others should work.

Purring like a kitten with my class 10(claims to get 40MB/s)128GB card from sony. You just have to download the driver(installs when you put in the card), and format the card from within the device itself.

Still rocking a 32GB card here but, yes, I am pretty sure that you can use up to a 128GB card. Combined with the internal 32GB, that's 160GB by my count.

Out of the box running 10.3, the Passport had no problem with my 64GB SanDisk Extreme Pro micoSD card. I'm now running 10.3.1.1151 and it also has no problem with the card, but I'm really wishing there was a ringtone folder like old times.....

I hear you on this one.... hearing my ringtones and notification tones while I have my music on shuffle is a real PITA.

I remember reading about a work around, something about renaming the files to something other then mp3, but I really don't remember now. I just deal with it, I only have 4 personal tones.

I thought I was the only one with this problem (due to file names or something) glad to see it's a known issue and hopefully gets sorted out on the next official OS release.

Try saving your ringtones to the "Voice" folder on the sd card. I created a folder inside the Voice folder called "ringtones " and save mine there. Doesn't show up in the music app

I've been using a SanDisk 128GB card since the z10 released. Caution is advised concerning cheap cards, if you go that way, back up your data.

DING DING DING!!!! we have a winner!!!!

Love you man. This did the trick. Although I did it in the device memory(I find they just work better if loaded to device memory).

Like I said though, not a huge deal for me having only 4 short tones, was just a minor annoyance.

Either way, thank you 1000 times over.

Care to explain this method? I could think of a folder I wouldn't want indexed by the pictures app. And no I don't mean porn, actually its my wallpaper folder.
Easiest way to do it is sideloading this app, made by our friend thurask: https://github.com/thurask/nomedia/r...ia-1_0_0_1.bar

Open it, choose your folder and then hit "write .nomedia file". Then it disappears from whatever gallery (still accessible from the file manager, just without a thumbnail).

Use "delete .nomedia file" when you want the folder to be indexed, again.

    It's actually porn, right?

When I got my passport I was going to get a 64, but thought about it and I think going right to the 128 is a better option, why pay twice? even though I probably don't need all that storage.so when the day comes and my 32 is not enough I'll jump right up to the 128.

Looks like you and I have something in common. 32 gigs is good enough for now but, if I ever get around to organizing my music one day, I'll make the jump right to 128 too.
