I have the same OS 10.3.1.1151 and the flickering continues even when it�s over 20%.

Yes now I have the same issue, seems when the max active frames are open....battery saver is off and battery is at 90%

Have 10.3.1.652 same issue. Only happens in some apps. Calendar and search assistant for example. Once I close or swipe away it stops. I did apply all updates including this latest ATT "ooops" release...before I used Blackberry Link device switch. Yes brand new Passport only a few days old. Just disabled battery saving mode, will see how that goes. May go ahead and do a device swipe if things don't improve.

I have the problem on my passport and don't have a leaked OS, happens from time to time when loading an app from the hub,and sometimes remains until I have to navigate away or even lock the screen.

That's an unacceptable OS issue in my opinion and BB should fix this before the next update.

I also had the problem with an official os. I hope they fix this issue soon. There is nothing more embarrassing than showing someone your new phone and it pulls that.

I have discovered that when this happens and it rarely does, I just close the flickering application and then hit the hub icon. 95% of the time that fixes the problem.

I have just installed the latest update last week for my BB Passport. My passport is flickering and its very annoying. I want to go back to OS 10.3.0!!!

It's a known bug of 10.3.1 leaks. They are not optimised for the Passport so you have to live with it for a while, maybe the next leak will be good for us too. I went back to 10.3.0 because of this issue and some battery drain.

personally i'm not prepared to go back to a previous OS version just for a random flickering, it is annoying though..
