When I had a Passport, it didn't just reduce tablet usage, but laptop usage. It became my #1 email device.

Hah. My q10 gets more use than my tablet! Loving being back in the blackberry world!

I don't have tablet but it reduced dramatically my laptop usage (at home).

Still use my passport even though I switched over to Nexus 6P!

85 percent Passport
15 percent Tablet

that's exactly what I'm going to do, using the Passport with BT-keyboard and BT-mouse, next to the Classic which is my day runner.
the laptop is going to be retired, or only used for Link-backups and the odd stuff.

Mine has reduced home PC usage to games and media centre only. My tablet never leaves the house anymore. At work (oil and chemical terminal) I rarely pick up a calculator, and often work on my computer with my right hand, Passport in my left.
If it was intrinsically safe for explosive atmospheres it would never leave my side!

As a matter of fact I have completely stopped using my tablet since bought passport

It's as good as a tablet, right? :)
Sold my tablet. So Passport is a good tablet replacement :)
This is my tablet, I just love it. This was a key reason for getting the Passport. The large screen and functionality negate the need for a tablet.

Dont even own a tablet! Even if I did the Passport has a real decent size screen to detur from using one! Passport bestis!!!

I see the tablet as the real app gap stopper if you need one. Passport makes laptop whip out less hassle.
Posted from a wireless charging Passport. Get one!
Reduced it so much I sold the tablet.
who need a Laptop or Tablet if you can have this?

wasn't it Torsen Heinz who prophesy was that there is no future for Tablets and there for didn't want to put any more effort in to any new PlayBook type devices... he mentioned that Tablets are going to disappear, well that was in 2013 as far I remember.
Looks like that he was right, people want pocket size devices instead of big screen bulk...
And yes the PassPort was the answer.

Wonder why one would spend some odd $700 on a iPad with only 16GB of internal memory without the ability to extend it with any microSD cards anyway and that for a device that need charging every 6 hours.
Compare to a PassPort with 32GB internals with a 200GB microSD in a slot that can run all day and only cost half the price.
On top of that the Passport got a phone build in too.
