I have noticed my passport reboot about 6 times during the 2 weeks I've had it. Has anyone else experienced this? Or knows of a fix? I don't know if my device is faulty or if it's just a software issue

No one knows what or how you have installed the OS or programs or if you restored and carried over glitches..... I doubt it's a hardware issue... it's probably software.... try autoloading an OS

What do you mean by autoloading? I updated my phone via OTA updates it autodetected and downloaded.

I have that too. I have Z10 and Z30, and Passport is the device with highest frequency of rebooting. But it's not a big deal.

Try loading a OS by autoloader it might help and also do not do a restore it might take the bug over to the new OS.

I had that issue during my first week while carrying it around in my pant pocket. It turned out that my jeans unintentionally pressed the button. Since I have my blackberry passport hard shell l never had a reboot again.

P.s. It only happened in my tight Boss jeans.

Was just going to say this same thing. 2 weeks in and its never rebooted on its own, unlike my Z10 which did several times a day.

Just had mine reboot while sitting face up on the table. I looked over and it was in the startup phase. I have only installed the 10.3.0.1418 from the shipped os via sachesi non destructive. I have only noticed once though.

I have a hard shell too. Today it rebooted in my pocket but I've seen it happen for no reason while I use my phone.

Mine has only rebooted own its' own once in the eight days I've owned it. I'm trying to recall if I ever had my Z10 reboot out of the blue. My Curve 8530 would sometimes reboot 3-4 times a day while I never had any reboot issues with my Curve 9360.

I haven't had any reboot issue (but have had a couple of crashes that have necessitated a reboot).

The Engadget reviewer mentioned problems with crashes and reboots on his review model and reported to BBRY.

Earlier BB10 builds on Z10/Q10 had this lots but it seems less common now.

Mine turned off on me this morning and battery spiked 20% down to 80% after a full charge. The phone was really hot and would not turn on for about ten minutes. I tried the hard reset method and it finally turned on. Idk why this happened.

No reboots for me yet. Only had it for a fortnight. In fact, no problems at all (touches everything wooden in the vicinity).

I experienced this in an even greater frequency than described by the OP but only after performing the 10.3.1.1016 accidental ota at&t update. I used link to reload the device software to the official version and haven't experienced this issue since.
