    8 - The camera focuses to slow and the voice recognition while very accurate is a little slow to render otherwise it would be at 10. A lot of this could be fixed with software updates so let's hope for the best

    Camera could be better. And having 4 row kb would have made it almost perfect.

    9. Not perfect because of the software glitches (the slow camera doesn't bother me as I don't use camera at all, but yes, it shouldn't be this way on a flagship and an otherwise perfect device.)

    Tell us how you have been able to evaluate build quality between 'different devices'. This is unclear. Do you own more than one?

    I have used the Passport, and the camera is certainly not 'atrocious' in my opinion, even in low light. It does, however, focus more slowly than I would like, and I would expect that will require a software tweak. If one waits for the focusing to complete, image quality is very sharp.

    Your opinion, of course, is as valid as mine, as long as it comes from your own hands-on experience.

    Yep, six of them, well seven with the one that came today. Out of the first 6, 3/6 had true defects that made the devices unusable, 5/6 had issues that could be classified as defects by some (myself included) like light bleeding, and 1/6 was perfect. The 7th that came I am yet to check out, but I noticed right away that it has some stuck pixels.

    Seeing as I have a 10 month old daughter that zips around the house, yes, the camera is atrocious. The focus is so bad and so slow it is literally impossible to capture a spontaneous photo.

    Yeah, I found your other thread, so I can see why your rating is lower. I can't dismiss your personal experience, so you must be at the mercy of the statistical minimum or extraordinary bad luck. Fortunately others seem to have done much better, so I hope your experience improves.

    -kb gestures interfered with typing. kb scrolling also inconsistent. I'd like calibration or at least an on/off option.
    -BB10 pims and Docs to go lacking bb7 features
    -Couldn't get the degree of screen contrast I like
    -display was super legible but I learned I prefer taller, narrower rectangles over a zoomed out square. Better reflow would help.
    -PP ultimately too wide & screen too short for my uses. My 9900 & Q5 are easier to hold and use and my galaxy note and 7" tablet offer a lot of extra screen without too much more size.

    Software updates could make the PP more usable for me so it might be worth another look in a year or so.

    For me 7 not more for now!

    -The main camera is really bad for a flagship at 650 euro. I have seen better
    -the front facing camera( which is the most important for me) is soooooo bad.
    -lots of glitches on the OS.
    -the keyboard can be better after all!! Lacks of Touch features
    -The problem with the native apps, quality and quantity. The design of the apps on BlackBerry world are usually not good.
    -amazon appstore android apps ,are not really the answer to a good ecosystem.
    - low ecosystem. android apps are not part of the Hub and No push notification, which is useless for me. Not all compatible with BlackBerry OS 10. Battery hug.
    -Onedrive app is too slow. But I like the integration in files management.
    -sieloading...really??? Yes because we are not all techies people. It sounds easy for some people but for the other not.
    -Notifications and interaction on the lock screen could be better!

    Otherwise I really like the phone. The hub is really nice. But the phone can be improve. I will see in half a year, maybe the apps will be better.

    Issues:
    1- Camera focus;
    2- Apps does not work appropriately (igrann, for example);
    3 - BB world have less apps compatible than Z30 (some magazines and GPS's)

    For BlackBerry Company in Brazil: 0.0
    Issues:
    1- Don't have ANY dealer;
    2 - No technical assistance;
    3 - No gadgets;
    4 - No cellphone accessories.

    WHY BLACKBERRY LEAVE US? We are the largest country in south america and the world's seventh largest economy!
