Passport Questions?

Could someone offer up links to a good Passport app that WORKS to block unwanted phone calls? Tried 4 and all of them will not 'find' recent calls to add to the block list? App firms all said 'yeah doesn't work for BlackBerry yet I got them all at BBWorld!

Help here guys?
