Passport owner, i cannot dial or receive tel calls, but still receive data flow, have changed sim card, has signal until i try to call then it jumps to 'emergency calls only', when people call me it connects to combox (answeringdevice) immediately. Please help!

Could it be your cellular carrier?

Just the other day, I had signal issues with my cellular provider using my z30. It seems there was an issue with the cell site.


Not to scare you or cause further worries, I realized that before my Passport finally became "emergency calls only",I may have experienced the same.

Maybe try to set the network to 2g only and kinda just observe if calls and text will get through.

I hope it will help the situation...
