Passport is way better than a laptop... it's the best device to use for mobile computing. A real beast!

Yeah tried it but just makes sense to use my pc. In a pinch, I guess it would be ok. Thanks for sharing

Been using my Z30 since I picked up my USB OTG adapter several months ago...except I have the Z30 attached to a 32" monitor. Run it all through a hub of I can hook up a few USB devices...even have streaming software on the Z so I can bring up Windows when I want it as well...used to do something similar with my PlayBook except hooking up USB devices.

It's not really a PC it's just a keyboard and mouse.... it doesn't change the way you use BB10. This is been done for years I used to do this on my Nokia N900 with TV out also.

curious what app is doing that for you because they pulled Splashtop from BBW for BB10. not for the PlayBook though, glad I can still use it on mine.

That is really cool. I consider my Nexus 6 to be my computer even without a keyboard and mouse. But no matter how we use our devices there is no question how powerful they are. The passport is looking very nice in white.

Well if BB10 could run Microsoft Office and we could open multiple windows at the same time then I wouldn't need my laptop anymore.

To BB or not to BBBBBB...?

Wow, this is what I picture doing with a phone. no pc, no laptop. Now to have a separate bigger screen like a pc and "were cooking with oil" i am sure not to far off.

Actually since my company uses Skype for internal communications, I do answer most of my business calls on the Laptop.

I also bought the Z30 as soon as they told me it had USB Hub.

I also use it connected to television with video out so I navigate on the big TV display controlling it with keyboard and mouse wirelessly.

In a pinch while traveling you could use a keyboard and mouse like that and remote in to your desktop PC, then it would be a PC experience.

I mean, if that's all you need for your computing needs, I guess that's alright. I still, and probably will always prefer the desktop setup and interface.
