    Simply download beta zone from BlackBerry world. Join the program and you will keep getting beta updates for not just OS but also for whatsapp and other apps.

    Mine currently running PassportSQW100-4/10.3.2.2639

    2639 leak already available on crackberry for download. So if u ain't a beta tester u can go that way

    Also the cheapest passport is available in dubai for just 25000 at crazydeals.ae

    So if you have friend or relative there get it from there. Silver Edition too is just 32500 there compared to 39000 in US
