I am getting that my account cannot be authenticated with your service provider....... When I go on pc and sign in, it works!
There are two possibilities:
1) your administrator does not allow the connection.
2) There is something misconfigured on your phone for the account, such as the authentication protocol.
I would contact the person responsible for your office 365 service.

OK! I figured what was wrong. Can you tell me which subscription that will allow me to sync Notes and task, and possible calendar and address book. These two last ones are not that important as they already sync with Google gmail.
Please, I need this to work.

I now have the sync 'working' but I'll have to setup new folders and then chose to sync them with active sync or not. Where do I find this new 'synced folders'? I am use to my 9900 syncing with outlook desktop via BB desktop. It synced all my folders and notes in both notes and tasks, now this is pure madness with a passport. I will try it on my Z30 to see, but this is counter productive plan to waste time.

I dont know what you are doing because with O365 everything automatically populates. Sadly Drafts is a folder that does not have sync support. Everything else will I think. Since its automatic, you might have a bigger problem. Outlook free email is actually active exchange but may have limitations. I cant recommend o365 support enough if that is the email you have.
A good way to troubleshoot O365 calendar and tasks would be to create a few in the Web interface and then make sure they sync with your phone (and desk top Outlook if you us

I am very tempted to go back to my BlackBerry 9900. Very very tempted. The syncing of notes task in outlook desktop is that important for me to even think of going back after Passport and Priv.
I using mail pp
BlackBerry Passport SE SQW-100-4 / 10.3.3.2205
All of my notes and tasks, cal sync so easy and nice in the remember app. I have set up several passports. White, att , two silvers and all I had to do was put in the o365 email in the setup area. It could not be more easy than that. I just hope no one thinks its not possible or easy because it couldn't be more easy.
Notes and tasks sync perfectly with Outlook so long as you're using an Exchange server. Microsoft has phased out notes in Outlook, however, so there's no telling how much longer Exchange will continue to support them
If you use Outlook.com, tasks will sync just fine, but notes will not, because Microsoft has deprecated that feature in favor of other applications, such as OneNote.
Who provides your email, task, and calendar service? Once we work that out, we should be able to get this squared away for you.

My email is sync with gmail, my address book is synced with gmail.

If you look in your Remember App, you should see one or more folders of tasks in the Tasks tab, and one or more folders of notes in the Notes tab.
The ones that sync will have a double arrow sync symbol in the upper right hand corner. If you wish to confirm which account they sync to, long press one and choose "edit.". You will see the name of the account.
I suggest changing the color of these folders so that you can quickly identify the ones that are set to sync. You can also make those your defaults.
Since you need your information synced (like I do!), you should avoid using the local folders that only save on your phone.

Do you mean that you are using email on your Passport?
The post is very vague and doesn't help.

its the russians cough cough
Are you kidding me, I use my Gmail accounts on BlackBerry Hub. I also use BlackBerry address book which syncs with my Google account. Nothing better.
What stinks is the over 3500 notes that I've had over the years that are categorized in folders and cannot be synced on a desk top for editing and management of the data plus 200 tasks that are also categorized.
When I set up office365, to sync with BlackBerry via active sync, I cannot in BlackBerry phone remember app select folders (with existing notes) to sync. I cannot drag contents of a folder into the a new folder selected to sync with Office 365....look, that is just stupid, stupid....
Try moving over 3500 notes one by one in this really crippled remember notes and task app is something that will make any one despise a BlackBerry. I have four (4) BlackBerry devices trying to solve one problem that my trusty (1) BlackBerry 9900 does seamless .

OK. Now I understand the issue. I had a similar problem with legacy notes. It's too late to respond tonight, but I'll write a longer post in the morning. I don't have any great solutions for you, but I can walk you through what I did.
You're right that it's a missing piece if functionality, but it's partly Microsoft's fault because they deprecated the Notes feature in Outlook 2013 though it's still available to some extent.
More tomorroe.

Just as I thought, no answers to a missing piece of functionality. Which by the way renders my accumulation of bb10 and Priv steps back into a distant past.
Perhaps the built-in exchange integration. It does work great!
