I just got my passport and when i press the middle button on my passport between the volume buttons, nothing happens (unless i hold it and the assistant comes up.) Does anyone know how I can mute my passport?
O and I tried texting myself after I pressed mute button and the sound was still on
That's not a mute button... it's a mute button if you're on a phone call and a pause/play button otherwise.
To mute, bring volume all the way down to zero or use the quick setting

When you're at home screen, swipe using one finger from the top bezel to bottom will reveal quick setting. When you're in an app, swipe with two fingers.

Yes. Once in the quick menu, click on the bell icon, and it will toggle between silent and whatever volume you had on beforehand.
When trying to mute my passport, if I press and hold Q button all it does is change it to a different ringtone
