I can't open my passport. all I have is a black screen and can't do anything.
I've had it for a week now and never had this problem.
Any idea how to open it?

Happens to me sometimes.

Does it just freeze and cant turn the screen on from standby?

I just keep hold of the power button or repeatedly press it in anger lol eventually turns on.

I believe it has something to do with the flip to wake advanced interaction.

it happened to me for the 1st time.. i was completely panicking as well.
Anyway, if you press on the up volume and the on/off button at the same time and keep it for some seconds, it will restart your device..
