    Hi there - new to my Blackberry Passport this week and new to the forums.

    I've had BB's for years so I'm used to their peculiarities, but I'm having a problem with my Passport lock button which doesn't seem right. It seems to be turning itself off completely at the briefest touch of the button instead of just locking.

    Has anyone got any suggestions please? I've done all the obvious stuff - reboot, software update, factory reset etc. Is there a setting I'm missing or could this be a hardware fault?

    Does it turn off if you apply pressure to the case without touching the button?
