    My keyboard often does not light up in the dark making it it very difficult to type. I try resetting my device and most times this does not fix the issue. Anyone have any advice for me?

    Try reloading your software with Link, or take it back for warranty.

    How do you reload the software and does this screw anything settings up on my phone?

    You can do a back up first then reload software then do a restore, everything will come back. You will have to sign into your emails again though.
